Rush Delivery Co strives to ensure timely and safe deliveries. However, delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Payments and Refunds
All service fees must be paid in full at the time of booking. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information provided by the user, the fee is non-refundable.
5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law, Rush Delivery Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
